Ray Hernandez is the Founder of Exclusive Global Solutions (EGS) and a respected leader in the property insurance appraisal industry. Born in 1978 in the Dominican Republic, Ray immigrated to Miami, Florida in 1997 facing language barriers, limited resources, and the responsibility of raising three daughters; Alexandra, Sophie, and Emma Hernandez. Ray entered the insurance industry through a temporary mail clerk position at Assurant, where his work ethic earned him a permanent role and, ultimately, an opportunity to challenge a decision that initially blocked his career path. That moment of self-advocacy led to him becoming a licensed Florida 6-20 adjuster, launching his professional journey in property claims. After gaining experience as a desk and field adjuster, Ray expanded his expertise through formal insurance training in Texas and later transitioned into public adjusting and entrepreneurship. Despite industry setbacks that forced him to rebuild from the ground up, Ray remained committed to his vision. In 2017, Ray founded Exclusive Global Solutions (EGS), specializing in property appraisals. Today, EGS operates across Florida, Texas, and New Jersey, including large-scale hotel and commercial claims.
