With over 20 years of hands-on experience in the property claims industry, our founder Ray Hernandez built EGS on real-world insight gained from working inside the insurance system. Ray is a former insurance adjuster for major carriers, as well as a licensed public adjuster and certified appraiser/umpire. Through his years of field experience, he witnessed firsthand how policyholders and professionals were often underpaid, overwhelmed, or delayed due to lack of clarity, inefficiencies, and unnecessary conflict. EGS was created to offer a better approach—one rooted in knowledge, fairness, and disciplined execution.
